Team and organization
Investment Committee
In order to accommodate swift investment decisions, a compact Investment Committee has been set up, comprising Luc Popelier, Chairman of the Board of Directors of KBC Private Equity, Josse Van den Broeck and Floris Vansina and Philippe de Vicq, both Managing Directors.
This committee takes decisions completely autonomously and is not involved in any other activity within the KBC Group.
Executive Committee
The day-to-day running of the company is the responsibility of Floris Vansina and Philippe de Vicq, who together in their capacity as managing directors make up the Executive Committee.
